There is a free all day parking lot and 2 hour lot off of Division Street (behind the Downtowner Motel). Turn down Church Street off Broadway and park in the parking garage or go down Phila Street for 2 hour parking in the parking garage. There is also a large paid parking lot between Congress Street and Washington Street. Tip: Go into Cold Stone Creamery, Ann Taylor Loft, Gap, Chicos, or any of the other stores right in front of the lot and have them stamp your card for free parking. Right on Broadway, there is also a smaller 2 hour parking lot (right next to the Algonquin Building). If you are going to be spending the day at Congress Park, you may want to get a spot at the all day free parking lot between Henry Street and Putnam Street, right across from the park.View Larger Map Looking for restrooms?
