The Chamber of Southern Saratoga County is offering a seminar series designed especially for individuals who are thinking about starting their own business or have just begun the process.

SARATOGA SPRINGS, NEW YORK… The organizing committee for the 3rd Annual Civil War Encampment has announced that the event will held on Saturday September 19th and Sunday, September 20th, 2009. This popular event drew over 2,000 people last year is free and takes place in Congress Park in historic Saratoga Springs. The Encampment will be held between 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Saturday and 9:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m. on Sunday.

This year special appearances will be made throughout the event by General Ulysses S. Grant and Mrs. Ulysses Grant, General Robert E. Lee and a special appearance by President Abraham Lincoln will be on Saturday.
