The Festival, a celebration of Autumn flavors, activities and the Saratoga community spirit, will kick off on Halloween morning at 10AM at the Farmers&#8217; Market and continue throughout the day and all day Sunday, also.  The event will take place throughout downtown Saratoga Springs, including the west side-Beekman Street Arts District.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Saratoga Springs, NY</strong>… The fifth annual Adirondack Trust Allegiance Bowl featuring sprint football teams from Army and Mansfield University will be held on Saturday, October 17 at the Saratoga Springs High School. Meeting for the first time ever, the Cadets of West Point and the Mountaineers of Mansfield will compete in a sanctioned Collegiate Sprint Football League contest with proceeds from the event to benefit the Saratoga Youth Hockey and Figure Skating programs.</p>
<p>The bowl game’s opening ceremonies will include a flyover of vintage WWII era aircraft, a spectacular stadium jump by the Army Black Knights Parachute team, and a performance by the Skidmore College Sonneteers singing group.
