I'm scared of flying but this was great. It was more like floating, which helped relax me during the trip. And once we were at our cruising altitude, the views were as majestic as you would expect here in the Adirondacks. 2 thumbs up.

We had a great time! I went with a few friends early one morning last summer for the first time and it was amazing! Phil is an excellent guide... I'd love to do this again if I have the chance.

What an experience! I am really afraid of heights, so I ALMOST chickened out at the last minute, but I am so glad I didn't. It was such a steady, smooth ride, I could not believe it. It was just like standing on the ground, only we were drifting over the beautiful countryside. The view was incredible. There were a few times when I thought we were going to crash into the trees, but those balloonists really know what they're doing. We got to brush the treetops a few times and reach out for some leaves. AMAZING experience that I will never forget!!!!

I went on a hot air balloon ride with them about a year ago and loved it. Our tour guide was excellent and made us feel comfortable and safe. We drifted over unbelievable views of the Adirondacks and the Green Mountains and landed without even the smallest jolt. I grew up in the are and have never seen it from a "birds eye perspective". I went on the morning ride, which was the best alarm clock I could ask for. If you are considering a balloon ride, I highly recommend Adirondack Balloon Flights - they know the best places to provide the best scenery.
