It took over three weeks, over 10 phone calls and numerous emails before finally ending our potential business relationship with All Occasions. Getting a contract sent to us was quite a hurdle for this business, but they were happy to take all of our credit card information. Once we called to cancel everything, the owner/manager was rude, claiming that they were the best company around and said "good luck finding something else" in a sarcastic tone. Unless you have extraordinary patience and an unimportant event, I'd suggest finding another company. Shouldn't be a problem, since he wished us luck!

I attempted to use this limo service and was completely disappointed. I called and spoke to the owner, Dan over seven time asking for a contract and was always given the runaround. After THREE weeks of attempting to do business I wised up and went else where. When I called Dan to let him know he was not to charge my credit card and explain to him my disatisfaction he actually raised his voice to me. I never received an apology on his lack of service. I am so happy I didn't spoil my wedding day with this company.
