We also handle matters such as adding business partners, buying or selling a business, loan financing, and all types of contractual matters.
Municipal & Public Entity Law FMBF advises municipal boards and officials on planning and zoning review, environmental issues, and statutory and regulatory compliance. The firm advises municipalities on various matters, including adoption of local laws, public works projects, labor issues, fiscal matters, contracts and inter-municipal agreements. We serve as counsel to various economic development agencies and as bond counsel on a host of projects. We also have extensive experience defending municipal clients against claims and lawsuits.
