Jamie is the best! She is very friendly and professional. I constantly have people ask me who does my hair - that could not be a better compliment to the girls at Fresh and Co.

These ladies did my hair and makeup for a friend's wedding that I was in, and they did a fabulous job. I have since been back to the salon for a haircut, facial, and waxing and I have been more than pleased. I will continue to use this salon!

I have been a customer of this salon since it opened and have never been disappointed with any service they provide. The service is first class. I have now moved to North Carolina, but still book an appointment whenever I return to NY.

One of the highlights of the year for me is to visit Saratoga in August. The races, the restaurants, the shops, the art galleries, the farmer's market...all bustling with activity and smiling people. And the latest addition to my every growing favorite list is Fresh and Co., a salon staffed with talent and graciousness. Have already booked my next appointment!!!

One of my favorite things to do when I come back to NY is to stop at my favorite hair salon to make me feel "fresh" and get a new look. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and frankly have felt pampered. These women not only care about my hair but they also care about the environment, which is a necessity to me. Thank you women for being a part of the solution!

I find it hard to believe that the women at Fresh & Company would have lost an appointment - let alone three. I have always been surprised at how diligent they are about getting detailed personal information when making appointments over the phone, and I certainly have never had a problem with any of my appointments. I wonder if the negative reviewer might have accidentally mistaken the salon with which she made the appointment.

There's no way to know for sure, I guess, but what I can say is that I've never had anything but outstanding service at Fresh & Co. I have always been greeted with friendly smiles and helpful attitudes, and the services are good enough to make me drive 45 minutes each way rather than having my hair done in my own community.

I frequent this salon whenever my hair needs a fixing. I have always been greeted with a smiling face that does their best to accomodate me and make me feel comfortable. I can only speak to the service i get when getting my hair colored and cut. It is fantastic. Friendly, experienced, professional and personal come to mind when i try to think of word to describe the stylists. I would and do reccommend people to this salon so that they too can feel at home and comfortable when going to get pampered.

it's obvious that the owner of this salon campaigned to get some positive reviews after seeing my negative but honest review below. and i appreciate the fact that people have been happy with their service at this salon... i love saratoga and like to see local businesses thrive here. but it doesn't change the fact that my good friends and i were treated pretty horribly the day before my wedding, and it was solely the salon's mistake. one they refused to acknowledge, and one that easily could have been ameliorated with a very simple apology and a helpful attitude. but walking out of a business in complete shock at the way you were just treated (when, honestly, it's the last day you need that sort of thing) is exactly the sort of thing one should write about on review sites. i appreciate the fact that the staff may have been overwhelmed by their over-booking (and obviously lost all three of my appointments), but that's not my fault and shouldn't be treated as such. i just hope they can take these comments constructively--it seems like a cute spot that needs to work out some kinks. i just regret i had to deal with it.

My first encounter with Fresh Inc. was via telephone- I called regarding a bad color I had from another salon and was upset because I thought I was stuck with this new horrible color- the receptionist immediately assured me that they could fix my hair and calmed me down. They got me in that day and I saw a color specialist- not only did they give me the color I originally wanted- they gave me a wonderful conditioning treatment that saved my hair. The entire staff was friendly and comforting- the best part was they did not charge me a fortune. Five start service! Thanks Fresh and Co! - Candace R.

Brava! I continue to be impressed by the two young entrepreneurs who run this salon. Their professionalism and excellent service is "refreshing" (pun intended). I have recommended this salon consistently and will continue to do so as Fresh & Co. continues to surpass my expectations with each visit (not to mention getting lots of compliments on my appearance!) I travel back and forth between Florida and Saratoga Springs seasonally. I have been to numerous spas throughout South Florida and never have I looked as forward to returning to Saratoga as when I finally realized that I would not find such a quaint and relaxing spa anywhere I went in Florida. The staff was sophisticated, knowledgeable, and courteous. I was very stressed from traveling recently and they made sure to put me at ease. I would recommend this spa to anyone...but I selfishly hope it remains one of Saratoga's best kept secrets.

Disaster can strike at any time and usually will when you travel. I happened upon this salon and it turned my trip around! These ladies recognized my desperation, worked me into a busy schedule and in a matter of time had me feeling and looking great again. I even went home with some special products to remind me of my visit there. I was treated like I was special and would highly recommend this salon to the people who live nearby. I was in Saratoga on business and decided to book an appointment with Fresh & Co, where I recieved a very friendly greeting & fantastic service. Everything was perfect and I would recommend it to anyone.
