My boyfriend treated me to a birthday weekend at the Gideon Putnam in May, '08. The staff was very efficient and friendly and the room was spacious, pleasant and very comfortable. We enjoyed being located right inside the beauty of the park, with the spa, and great hotel restaurant nearby, but also being able to take a quick drive into town for some night life or shopping. We had a wonderful time and will be back soon!
