We invite you to experience the luxury of our naturally effervescent waters located in the heart of Saratoga Spa State Park.

Guests from around the country indulge in the mineral springs. Regular bathing in mineral springs is considered by many to be an important factor in preventive health care. The mineral water is combined with hot tap water to bring the water temperature to a soothing 97° Fahrenheit. This keeps the carbonation at its peak.

The Spa is just a short stroll across the park from the Gideon Putnam Resort, or take the complimentary shuttle service. The Roosevelt Baths & Spa is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (unless otherwise noted)

I highly recommend getting a mineral bath at the Roosevelt Baths & Spa. I have been a couple of times - it is incredibly relaxing and very reasonably priced. Suggestion: ask for an aromatherapy oil to add to the tub.
