AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!!! Better than most resort spas.

The Sanctuary Spa is hands down the best spa in town. The staff is top notch, friendly and very professional. The spa itself is beautiful and tranquil you will feel like your on a minivacation. I have traveled extensively and the Sanctuary Spa is by far the best spa. I highly recommend it to locals and tourists alike.

The facials here are fantastic! Not only are they 75 minutes, but they are a slice of heaven. From the the minute you walk in you are relaxed. What a wonderful sanctuary! Will be bringing my fiance for the Valentines day holiday for sure!

I was really looking forward to getting a massage on my little romantic weekend getaway with my husband i researched best spa and this got best ratings even though was a little pricey even for a nyc girl we went. front desk girl very rude and didnt book me for what i asked for we asked for a couples massage and they took my husband in another room and both to our surprise were more in pain then comfort we both received a deep tissue massage when we came out of our massages noone was there to greet us with water or any other directions instead we both got dressed and upon leaving front desk girl told me 220$ I was like what?couples massage was 190$ even though we didn't receive that either was a horrible massage and spa experience would never go back nor recommend someone goes

We are so saddned that your spa experience here at Sanctuary Spa was unsatisfactory. We do strive to maintain the professionalism and top- tier perfomance of a luxury day spa. The issues you have stated will be addressed and we truly thank you for taking the time to let us know how we can be better for our clients. Great,Great experience. Professional and caring. Truly a great addition to Saratoga Springs. My facial and body scrub were the best I have ever had. Looking forward to another visit. Worth the ride from Albany.

I had an appointment last week that was cancelled because the woman who was supposed to do it came down with the flu (unfortunately, that's life!)...the staff at Sanctuary Spa went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and felt satisfied. The owner came out to personally ask what she could do to make my visit satisfactory, and as always, it was amazing! The spa is amazing, the staff are wonderful and everyone always goes above and beyond to make sure your visit is perfect. Sanctuary Spa is one of my favorite places to be!
