have never been to Saratoga Raceway/Casino, am planning on going Sept. 6th, 2012 for my husband and my 31st wedding anniversary, hopefully its a good trip.

once again, playing slots for over an hour and a half, never heard of or seen a waitress to purchase a drink. this is a ongoing problem with this establishment. maybe if the establishment were not so concerned about giving away free coffee and soda, the waitress might have more incentive to serve the patrons. how about having the waitresses loaded with coffee and soda at all times( i believe they would make more tips,) as oppose to waiting for a lousy cup of coffee, soda or other beverage. who ever is in charge of these waitresses must fired. when i visit the turning stone casino there is never an issue with beverage service. and i must say if i play the slots for two hours, at least i get comp for two people at the emerald restaurant. i will guarantee that 90 percent of the personnel that run the racino have no previous experience from a casino.

We like to ensure that our beverages are fresh and the coffee is hot, while the soda remains cold, which is why our wait staff does not carry around a try with an assortment of beverages. Service and food are very good. We love the buffet for all the great choices. The staff is very polite and helpful. Thanks for a great night!

My Wife is disabled and has a very hard time moving the chairs and getting to the machines. We find it is really not very accessable for people in wheelchairs. The personel there do not help much with moving chairs and helping the handicapped

We provide free valet parking for all handicapped guests and wheelchairs are available for free use at the facility. If you have issues in the future with moving chairs or receiving assistance, please be sure to notify one of our staff so we can be sure your visit is comfortable!

The food prepation in my opinon is not well handled, workers are sweety in Lucky Joe's Delli and mozzarella contaminated in the pizza, not well done that my husband and I got sick of a kind of bacteria, I feel better now but my husband is very sick. There must be more consideration with the customers. I certainly will complain myself with the owner.

The buffet food is tasteless and even the desserts awful, they should get rid of the cheff.
