Overview

The Town of Saratoga's many departments, including the Town Clerk, Assessor, Tax Collector, Planning Board, Town Court, Zoning Board and Town Board are all headquartered at the Saratoga Town Hall, located in beautiful and historic Schuylerville, NY.

The Town of Saratoga is rich in history. The Battle of Saratoga was a major turning point of the Revolutionary War, and today's Saratoga National Historic Park commemorates the sites where this pivotal battle was fought.

Saratoga's Town Hall serves the area's many residents and businesses from its location in historic Schuylerville. This is where you will find the Town Clerk, County Assessor, Tax Collector, Planning Board and Zoning Board as well as the Town Board. The Town Court is also located here, which oversees criminal, vehicle and traffic cases, as well as small claims, civil court and code enforcement.

The Town Hall is located in the former Schuylerville High School building opposite the Cumberland Farms. From the Northway, take Exit 14 and follow the signs to Route 29 in Schuylerville.
