Family owned and operated since 1982, Sunnyside Gardens sells perennials in the spring, pumpkins in the fall, and much more.
Spring & Summer
First and foremost, Sunnyside is about plants. We grow over 90% of our plant products in 20 greenhouses right here in beautiful Saratoga Springs, NY. Each of our greenhouses is open to the public and you’re welcome to explore all of them. That’s one of the reasons our customers love us. You never know what you may find!
We also strive to provide excellent customer service. So no matter whether you’re looking for some advice on what to plant in your favorite patio pot or some lessons in veggie gardening 101, we’re here for you. Stop by, give us an email, or phone us with your questions. We’re always here to help.
We want to make your Sunnyside experience one you’ll always remember. Each year, we create an Autumnal Wonderland full of one-of-a-kind displays and locally-grown pumpkinsof every shape and size. You’ll notice the intoxicating scent of freshly-made cider donuts andjust-baked pies as soon as you step out of the car. And don’t forget our main attractions: our tractor-pulled hay rides and the area’s only ride-on train.
Our pumpkin patch is a true family experience and we’re extremely proud that kids who visited us twenty years ago are now bringing their own kids and families to build new memories. Keep in mind, we cater to the family experience. You won’t find any gore, blood, or guts here. (Or at least nothing super scary!) We want to offer families an affordable day out, that’s why there’s no admission charge to get into the pumpkin patch. You only pay for the rides and activities in which you participate.
Stop by Sunnyside in November and you’ll be greeted with an amazing winter wonderland!
Get ready for the holidays with our freshly cut Christmas trees, gorgeous handmade Christmas wreaths and the best poinsettias in the area. We don’t forget our local roots during the holidays! All Christmas trees and brush are from farms in New York State. And in 2014 we’re going to be growing our own poinsettias right here in our greenhouses!
