I'm really disappointed ☹️ on how a doctor doesn't even call back on results of MRI. I called three times still no answer back. I guess they're busy Christmas shopping.
The staff has been excellent to deal with.. the end result for me is to have a better life by being pain free and they help me achieve that. I drive 2.5 hours each way to go here versus ones that are 20 minutes from me. The doctor and NP went above and beyond to help me in the time of need with a severe injury.
I have called several times about getting a appointment and gotten no response back,also emailed three times as well.Want to know if i can be a patient ,but your failure of no responses shows that your office has no good of a service.
