Health Nut or Health Conscious?

user-pic
Health nut or health conscious? I was speaking with a lifelong friend recently and she said, "All this health stuff around you have to be careful not to become a health nut."  I'm not sure what she actually meant so I asked "is that bad, being a health nut?"
I think it's great that people are becoming more active in their health and wellness instead of letting the responsibility of THEIR health lie in the hands of doctors.  Educate yourselves about health and wellness, don't sit back and let someone else care about YOUR heath!  Become a health nut!
