The Wellness Doc

A report from Harvard Health Publications revealed the American Institute for Cancer Research (AICR) found the cure for cancer.  It is not what you think Harvard would report.  It is not a drug, surgery, or a medical solution.  It is how your body is functioning and the lifestyle that effects function. The following is what this study concluded...

In a recent conversation with a friend of mine, she was shocked to find out that the local McDonalds was being renevated to become a super McDonalds.  She said, "great thats all we need is a bigger McDonalds for our kids, schools need renevating not fast food restaurants."  This may come as a shock to some but this does not surprise me at all.  In our fast paced, stress filled, feed me now lifestyle, we want food NOW!  We have no time to wait for slow cooked, from the ground food.  We eat as our parents eat and as thier parents ate.  This does not make it right it makes it habit and DOGMA.  At our Eat Well, Move Well, Think Well workshops, we try and teach people about how we, as animals, are genetically made to eat.  Remember folks we are just animals when it comes down to it and we, like others animals, have certain nutitional needs everyday.  When we don'y get them we function poorly, when we get them we function better.  Dogs eat dog food right?  You would'nt feed them chips, soda, candy, drugs, alcohol,etc...  You feed them arrording to thier nutritional requirements.  We are animals as well.  We are gentically designed to eat fruits, vegatables, nuts, berries, meat, water, etc.  We are hunter gatherers, omnivores, we have a human diet and we are not eating according to that and we are now the sickest animal on planet earth.  Yes folks, no other animal is as sick as us.  So the next time you want to run thru the drive thru because you are busy, think what do I NEED to eat as the human animal I am.  I promise you will feel better and function better.
