The other day I got my new phone in the mail.  This thing is amazing!  It emails, texts, gets on the web, takes pictures, etc.  Now most of you may have one of these marvels of technology, but have you ever thought how it changes our lives?
Is it possible to make your self sick or well?  Can just your thoughts affect how your body functions?  Sounds like a sci-fi movie.  Well the answer is a resounding YES!
The jury has been out on this one for many years.  YES!!    How you think directly affects how well your body functions.  Western medicine has taken a long time to fully accept this but those of us on the eastern end of health care have known this for many years.  What does thid mean to you?  How can you use this to improve your heath and vitality?  Just accepting this is a major step in the right direction.  KNOW that you have the ability to change your health status by changing your stinkin thinkin.  I invite all of you to our "Think Well" presentation held at our Guilderland and Saratoga offices. Call our office at 363-0202 and mention this blog for a free ticket ($20 value).  Seats are limited so call soon.  This is our way of saying thanks for visiting our blog.
