Saratoga County Economic Opportunity Councils 23rd Annual May Day Spring Fling dinner and auction will be held on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at the Canfield Casino in Saratoga Springs. This fun evening includes a seated dinner and complimentary drinks provided by Longfellows Restaurant, Hotel and Conference Center and The Olde Bryan Inn, as well as silent and live auctions. This is the major fundraising event for the Saratoga County EOC. EOC is a not for profit organization that has helped low income residents of Saratoga County since 1973. Reservations are $80 per person with other sponsorship levels available. Reservations for the event are limited and the event has sold out the past couple of years.
