It's finally here: The Fourth Annual TUFF-eNUFF Obstacle Course Challenge hosted by the Prevention Council! Are you ready to really push your limits? Want to sweat for a good cause? Look no further! Mirroring the Prevention Council's goals, the TUFF-eNUFF Challenge pushes kids and adults to work their way through obstacles and push themselves to come out on top! With a race for kids as well as adults, this challenge is a fun way to show what you're made of all while showing your support of a great organization!
The Prevention Council will hold the 4th Annual Tuff eNuff 5k Obstacle Course Challenge on June 6, 2015. The challenge course is open to kids, adults, and families; a mud covered terrain with hurdles to jump over, crawl under, and tread through will push all participants to their limits! Last year the challenge attracted over 450 particpants along with had 1,000+ attendees and this year is expected to be bigger and better!
- 7:30 - 8:30am registration
- 8:30am Kids 1 Mile Run
- 9am Teen/Adult 5K First Wave
- 9:10am Teen/Adult 5k Second Wave
- 9:20am Teen/Adult 5k Third Wave (if needed)
All proceeds of the event will benefit The Alcohol and Substance Abuse Prevention Council of Saratoga County. This nonprofit organization works to educate and inform our community about substance abuse with alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs as well as offer services to help diminish its adverse effects.
Core Values of the Organization include prevention, intervention and referral services, involving the entire community, making universal and selected level school programs available to all children, being consistent with the principles of comprehensive wellness, and confidentiality as defined by the law and standards of professional ethics.
