Claire Nolan IS Georgia O'Keeffe. Georgia O'Keeffe will be portrayed by University at Albany instructor, Claire Nolan, a professional storyteller and superb performer who has acted with The Schenectady Theater for Children. O'Keeffe, known best for her lush close-ups of flowers and her inspired New Mexican desert landscapes, first broke into the art world here in New York. She produced her first flower and leaf paintings as well as Adirondack landscapes at the family home of her husband, Alfred Stieglitz, on Lake George. This performance will prepare you for the O'Keeffe exhibit at the Hyde Museum in Glens Falls this summer: "Modern Nature: Georgia O'Keeffe and Lake George."
When: Sat, May 25, 2013 | 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM
Where: Saratoga Arms (497 Broadway)
Cost: $15 general admission, $25 reserved premium

Experience the wonder for yourself! Enthusiasts and skeptics are all welcome.
