Come to the Fifth Annual Mardi Gras Festival in downtown Saratoga Springs on April 30, 2011. Enjoy live music, children's activities, a cajun cooking competition, an "Arti Gras" Parade on Beekman Street and much more! Bring the kids for a fabulous afternoon of fun!
The festival is brought to you by The Giving Circle, Inc., a non-profit organization based in Saratoga Springs that addresses the needs of disadvantaged communities, both immediate and long term.
Proceeds will benefit two great organizations: the Saratoga County Economic Opportunity Council (SCEOC) and The Giving Circle, Inc's programs in Saratoga Springs and sister city, Waveland, MS.

- Cajun Cook-Off :: 12:30 pm - 4:00 pm Saturday, April 30
Cajun Cooking Competition and Tasting Festival at participating downtown Saratoga Springs restaurants. Each restaurant will create a Creole or Cajun dish inspired by Mardi Gras. Cost for each serving is $1.00.
