With twinkling lights, carolers, and charming Victorian-era costumes, it's the perfect way to kick off the holiday season. Check out the full Victorian Streetwalk schedule below and make sure you don’t miss any of the magical moments!

What to Expect at the 2025 Victorian Streetwalk

The Saratoga Springs Downtown Business Association has announced that the 2025 Victorian Streetwalk will include an evening of activities and entertainment for families to enjoy.

This year's celebration will occur on Thursday, December 4, from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Look forward to the Christmas tree lighting and visit Santa in his Cottage immediately after.

Additionally, there will be a variety of venues offering free entertainment, including live music, holiday decor, and more.

The Festival of Trees will also be taking place inside the Saratoga Springs City Center.

2025 Events & Activities During the Victorian Streetwalk

Note: Broadway will be closed for live entertainment from 5pm-9pm.

Victorian Streetwalk Kickoff: Saratoga Tree Lighting & Santa Parade

The night begins with a Santa Parade at 5:50 PM, starting at the intersection of Church Street and Broadway. The Saratoga Springs Police Department, local cheerleaders, and high school band members will lead Santa and Mrs. Claus to the main stage in front of Putnam Market.

A family from Make-A-Wish will join Santa on his trolley ride as part of this year’s heartwarming festivities. Before Santa lights the tree, the talented singer Lennox will perform a Christmas carol for the crowd.

Visit Santa’s Cottage Downtown

After the tree lighting, stop by Santa’s Cottage for photos with Santa from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM. The cottage is located near Putnam Market and makes the perfect backdrop for a memorable family photo.

Live Music and Entertainment Along Broadway

Throughout the evening, Broadway will be filled with holiday tunes and performances from talented local musicians and groups. Here’s a look at this year’s lineup:

Live Dance Performances

Enjoy special dance performances throughout the evening:

  • A Class Act Competitive Dancers – 6:15 PM to 6:35 PM at Spa City Motor Lodge
  • The Dance Lab – 7:00 PM and 7:30 PM performances

One of the most charming sights of the Victorian Streetwalk is the live dance performances displayed in shop windows throughout downtown.

  • Saratoga City Ballet will perform at Caroline and Main, Piper, Violets, Petal + Hive, Gilded, and Encounter.
  • Saratoga Youth Ballet will be featured at Lex & Cleo.

Street Entertainers and Family Fun

The fun continues all along Broadway with entertainers and hands-on activities for kids.

  • Mr. Twisty Balloons – Wandering Broadway
  • New England Novelty Light-Up Toys – Spa City Motor Lodge and mobile carts
  • Face Painting – City Center Lobby

Warm up and indulge in some festive goodies as you stroll through downtown Saratoga:

The Annual Festival of Trees at the Saratoga Springs City Center

The Festival of Trees, hosted by Catholic Charities of Saratoga, Warren, and Washington Counties, will once again take place at the Saratoga Springs City Center during the Victorian Streetwalk.

This annual fundraiser features over 250 beautifully decorated trees, wreaths, and holiday items for sale. Visitors can browse raffle baskets, shop for gifts at the Holiday Shoppe, and support programs benefiting local families.

Admission: $5 special entry during the Victorian Streetwalk.

Toys for Toga Fundraiser

Visit the Toys for Toga table in front of G. Willikers! to support this year’s holiday toy drive.

Now celebrating its 13th year, Toys for Toga has helped brighten the holidays for over 1,500 local children each year, collecting thousands of toys and more than $12,000 in donations last season alone.

Help make 2025 another record-breaking year by donating a new toy during the Streetwalk.
