I am rather sure that this is a theme I will be revisiting a great many times on this blog. Enjoy my vision of the Horses of Saratoga.
But first....let me just put an aside in here. Every time I come up to Saratoga, it is a ritual to go to Mrs. London's at least once. It does not matter the time of day. I can always find something wonderful to eat there from pastries to quiche.
As one walks around the city of Saratoga there is no doubt that it is a town that embraces it's connection to the race track. Images of horses grace every street in banners, sculpture, paintings and metalwork. One needs to never go to the track and still would be surrounded by horses.
