Hi everyone! I am so excited to be able to share my experiences in the fitness world with you all. Sometimes the experiences are great, and sometimes, they are hilarious goofs! We are all a work in progress, myself included.
If you have had the chance to read my bio, you will get a good idea of my background. I am here to educate, motivate and most of all, to give you the courage to try something new.
