A hard freeze is expected across Saratoga county and surrounding areas of upstate New York tonight as temperatures are forecast to fall into the upper teens and lower 20's by early Tuesday morning. Take necessary precautions to protect sensitive outdoor vegetation that may have sprouted or bloomed early due to last week's unseasonably warm temperatures.

After breaking records much of the week across the Saratoga region, a cold front on Friday will bring temperatures down a bit but will still remain well above average.
