Heavy rain inundates Saratoga region

An area of low pressure and associated warm front are impacting the region today with a widespread and soaking rainfall. Rain will continue, heavy at times, through the afternoon and into this evening. Torrential downpours are possible, which could create travel delays and some urban and poor drainage flooding in spots.

Early afternoon radar across the region shows a widespread soaking rainfall impacting the entire area. Image credit -
A brief look ahead shows scattered showers to continue through mid-week, before high pressure returns for the weekend with dry and pleasant weather. Early call on the weekend looks beautiful!
