This downtown Saratoga B&B is offering a series of beer weekends called Something's Brewing-An Ultimate Bed and Brew Winter Weekend, on select weekends now through May 2012. These weekends will include unprecedented access to The Olde Saratoga Brewery and the brewing process in addition to many other great events, including a delicious four-course beer pairing dinner.

The Olde Saratoga Brewing Company is a locally operated brewing company that has been voted a local’s choice winner. Established in 1997, it is the fourth largest brewery in New York Sate and produces the highest quality and freshest craft brewed ales and lagers in the area. They offer a variety of unique beers from light beer to a white Belgian to dark stout beer.

Sperry’s Restaurant is New York City dining right here is Saratoga. The exquisite menu is bound to satisfy any pallet. Sperry’s boasts award-winning chef Dale Miller whose signature dishes will undoubtedly have you craving more. From the distinctive cuisine to the decadent dessert menu you can only be impressed by Sperry’s.

Beer Weekend Events

Friday Evening

• Arrive and check in at the hotel
• 8-10pm  BYOB Sampling! Join fellow beer aficionados for an evening of beer sampling. Bring samples of your own brew or your favorite local lager for others to try while an expert brewer from the Olde Saratoga Brewing Company answers questions and swap stories.

Saturday

• 8:30-10am  Breakfast! Enjoy a full breakfast at Saratoga Arms
  
• 10-4pm  Explore! Take some time to yourself in Saratoga Springs, exploring the many unique shops, world class museums and fine restaurants that are within walking distance of Saratoga Arms.
  
• 4:15pm Brewery Tour! The shuttle will wisk you off to the Olde Saratoga Brewing Company for a private and indepth tour where you will also get to sample some freshly made beers and ales.
  
• 6:15pm  The shuttle drops guests off at Sperry's Restaurant for dinner
• 6:30pm  Beer Pairing Feast!  Sit down to a four-course meal at the popular Sperry's Restaurant on Caroline Street with carefully considered beer pairings from the day's tour. Bob Cohan from the Olde Saratoga Brewing Company will be present to talk about the pairing choices.

Sunday

• 8:30-10am Breakfast! Enjoy a full breakfast at Saratoga Arms.
• 11am  Checkout time, but feel free to spend some time visiting our local merchants before heading home
