3rd Annual Tour of Homes: October 16 - 17, 2010

The weekend tour consists of five homes around Saratoga Springs constructed by Phinney Design that are environmentally sustainable and focus in "green" building techniques.

The Tour Of Homes is from noon to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday, and concludes Sunday evening, Oct. 17th with a cocktail reception at the UPH from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm catered by Classe Catering.

The Phinney Design Group Tour of Homes, benefiting the Universal Preservation Hall (UPH) in Saratoga Springs, will feature five custom homes in the Saratoga area, each designed by PDG. All proceeds collected from this event will go directly to the Universal Preservation Hall Restoration Fund, restoring one of the oldest churches in the City of Saratoga Springs, into a Performing Arts Venue. UPH is dedicated to rescuing, restoring and adapting its historic building, transforming it into a vibrant performing arts venue for Saratoga Springs and the greater Capital District and the restoration of the Universal Baptist Congregations separate worship space.
