Rezsnyak crowned people's chili champ

Rezsnyak, who is sponsored by Allerdice Building Supply, is thrilled by his win. The Giants fan noted he isn’t a professional cook, just someone who just loves to get together with friends on football Sundays and provide good food, usually Big Blue themed, including field goal franks and Coughlin cornbread.

The annual cook-off signals a fiery start to the Travers Festival with dozens of chili cooks adding a dash of spice to the daily routine. Saratoga patrons had the opportunity to sample some of the state’s finest chili and vote for their favorite entry. All proceeds from the event went to the Backstretch Employee Service Team.
