Frank V. Flanagan

Saratoga Springs, NY – Frank V. Flanagan passed away on Sunday, June 22, 2008 at the age of 99.

Born on May 10, 1909 in Lawrence, MA, he had resided in Saratoga Springs since 1949. He served as manager for the James Thompson Textile Company in Valley Falls, NY for over 25 years prior to his retirement. Mr. Flanagan was predeceased by his wife Dorothy A. (Ruff) Flanagan and his son, Christopher S. Flanagan.

Survivors include his daughter, Susan Flanagan of Saratoga Springs; his brother, George Flanagan and his sister, Marion Bolan, both residing in Massachusetts; two grandchildren, Leigh and Peter Flanagan and several nieces and nephews.

There are no public calling hours.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated today, Friday, June 27, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Clement’s Church, 231 Lake Avenue in Saratoga Springs. Burial will follow in the family plot at St. Peter’s Cemetery, West Avenue, Saratoga.
