Angelo Prater, 45, of Hudson Falls, was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, unlawful imprisonment, second-degree menacing and third-degree assault following an investigation into a domestic incident at the Budget Inn in the Town of Moreau. Prater allegedly violated an order of protection, assaulted another person, held the person against their will and menaced them with a knife. He is being held in custody in Saratoga County Jail in lieu of bail. He will appear at Moreau Town Court at a later date.
Jacqueline N. Mabee, 48, of 86 Deer Run Place, Ballston Spa, was arrested and charged with felony driving while intoxicated, open container and failure to stay in lane following a motor vehicle accident in Milton on Tuesday, Dec. 16. She will appear at Milton Town Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
Gregory J. Clements, 28, of 208 Center St., Corinth, was arrested and charged with second-degree trespassing after he refused to leave a neighbor's property on Dec. 8. He will appear at Corinth Town Court at a later date to answer to the charge.
Thomas R. McCall, 20, of 131 Homestead Rd., Saratoga Springs, pled guilty to a charge of third-degree criminal possession of marijuana. He will return to court on March 6 for sentencing.
Stephen J. Norton, 29, of 3315 Frank St. Schenectady, pled guilty to a charge of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He will return to court on March 6 for sentencing.
Charles Reome, 25, of 447 Maple Ave., Saratoga Springs, pled guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. He will return to court on March 6 for sentencing.
Patrick P. Nadeau, 45, of 906 County Route 77, Greenwich, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. He will appear in court on March 5 to answer to the charge.
Matthew T. Washburn, 19, of 15 Warren St., Hudson Falls, was arrested and charged with making a false written statement and third-degree falsely reporting an incident following an investigation by police. He allegedly told police he had been chased by a group of males and was shot with a pellet gun. The investigation revealed that Washburn actually shot himself accidentally while at a friend's home in Greenwich. He will appear at Saratoga Springs City Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
Wendell R. Way of 159 Heath Rd., Corinth, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct following a traffic stop. He was remanded to Saratoga County Jail in lieu of $500 cash or $1,500 bond. He will appear at Corinth Town Court at a later date.
Robert D. Meseck, 42, of 89 Bath St., Ballston Spa, was sentenced to one and a half to three years in state prison and an order of protection was issued against him. He was sentenced on a charge of third-degree criminal mischief.
Christopher M. Willi, 49, of 3293 Galway Rd., Ballston Spa, pled guilty to a charge of third-degree rape. He will be sentenced on March 2.
Brad Cittadino, 33, of Stillwater, was arrested and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop on Route 4. He will appear at Stillwater Town Court at a later date to answer to the charge.
Brenda Andrew, 31, of Stillwater was arrested and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop on Kellogg Road for speeding. She will appear at Stillwater Town Court at a later date to answer to the charge.
Daniel Handy, 37, of 158 Aspetucli Village, New Milford, VT, was resentenced to one to three years in state prison after originally being sentenced to five years probation. He was charged with felony driving while intoxicated in Saratoga County in October.
Robert W. Cure, Jr., 30, of 108 Saratoga Ave., Waterford, was sentenced to five years probation after pleading guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol. He was arrested in Waterford in October.
Brandon Graham, 39, of 1593 Rugby Rd., Floor 1, Schenectady, pled guilty to a charge of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. He will return to court on March 6 for sentencing.
Kevin D. Germain, 49, of 257 Clinton St., Saratoga Springs, pled guilty to a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after being arrested on May 10 in Greenfield. He will return to court for sentencing on March 5.
Thomas E. Etu, 42, of 175 Broadway, Fort Edward, pled guilty to a charge of third-degree burglary after being arrested on Sept. 30 in Moreau. He will return to court for sentencing on Jan 29.
Christopher J. Mason, 37, of 26 Cromwell Dr., Halfmoon, pled guilty to a charge of third-degree criminal mischief after being arrested on Feb. 27 in Halfmoon. He will return to court for sentencing on Jan. 29.
Matthew J. Glynn, 19, homeless, pled guilty to a charge of first-degree attempted criminal sex act. He was arrested on June 11 in Northumberland. He will return to court for sentencing on Jan. 29.
Anthony Mitchell, 56, of 204 Ferry Rd., South Glens Falls, pled guilty to a charge of felony operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. He was arrested on July 4 in Moreau. He will return to court for sentencing on March 5.
