Nancy C. Dwyer, 46, of 525 Sacandaga Rd., Scotia, arrested and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 percent and following too closely behind another vehicle after a two-car accident on Route 50 in Wilton on Dec. 20. She will appear at Wilton Town Court on Jan 6 to answer to the charges.
Eric M. Wilson, 31, no listed address, was arrested and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument on Dec. 17. Wilson allegedly possessed a forged check on Oct. 19 in Malta. He will appear at Malta Town Court at a later date to answer to the charge.
Tammy Jackson-Wisniewski, 40, no listed address, was arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree offering a false instrument for filing and fourth-degree grand larceny on Dec. 22 following an investigation by the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office. Deputies allege she fraudulently obtained benefits from Saratoga County Social Services between March and August 2007. She will appear at Ballston Town Court on Jan. 8 to answer to the charges.
Patrick M. Subcliff, 36, of 76 Eastside Dr., Ballston Lake, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 percent, and driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle accident on Dec. 19. He will appear at Ballston Town Court on Jan. 22 to answer to the charges.
Darcey L. Brady, 30, of Woodlawn Path, Queensbury, was arrested and charged with fourth degree grand larceny. Brady allegedly stole $1,800 worth of merchandise from Target in Wilton. She will appear in Wilton Town Court on Jan.6 to answer to the charge.
Alexandra C. Latourrette, 19, of 7 Woodlawn Ave., Troy, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of stolen property on Dec. 17. She will appear at Clifton Park Town Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
Kyle J. Massoth, 18, of 498 3rd Ave., Troy, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of stolen property on Dec. 17. He will appear at Clifton Park Town Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
Gregory J. Clements, 28, of 208 Center St., Corinth, was arrested and charged with second-degree criminal contempt and petit larceny. He will appear at Corinth Town Court on Jan. 13.
Stephen A. Farina, 31, of 1242 Viewmont Dr., Niskayuna, was arrested and charged with second-degree promoting prison contraband. He will appear at Milton Town Court at a later date to answer to the charge.
Gary R. MacKenzie, 44, of 261 Old Saratoga Rd., pleaded guilty to charges of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class-E felony. He also pleaded guilty to a charge of third-degree burglary, a class-D felony for a separate arrest.
Paul R. Etzel, 26, of 32 B Woodin Rd., Apt. B, Clifton Park, was sentenced to five years probation after pleading guilty to charges of felony driving while intoxicated and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He was arrested on Aug. 18 in Saratoga Springs.
Frederick E. Bazinet, 64, of 7 Hathorn Blvd., Saratoga Springs, pleaded guilty to charges of failure to register as a sex offender and second-degree bail jumping, both felonies. He was arrested on Nov. 19 for crimes that took place on Aug. 26 in Saratoga Springs and Ballston Spa.
John C. Shores, 23, of 250 Main St., Corinth, pleaded guilty to a charge of third-degree rape. He was arrested on July 2 in Corinth and will return to court for sentencing on Jan. 14
Michael C. Marrano, 32, of 3901 Lewis Rd., Lot 84, Ballston Spa, pleaded guilty to a charge of first-degree sexual abuse after being arrested on July 31 in Milton. He will return to court for sentencing on Jan. 14.
Michael D. Compton, 45, of 443 Englehart Rd., Ballston Spa, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol
or drugs after being arrested
on Oct. 21 in Saratoga
Springs. He will return to court for sentencing on Jan. 15.
Joseph K. Barton, 20, of 68 Gates Rd., Victory Mills, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs after being arrested on April 22 in Saratoga. He will return to court for sentencing on Jan 15.
Raul Martinez-Aguilar, 22, of 101 Walworth St., Saratoga Springs, was sentenced to six months in Saratoga County Jail after pleading guilty to a charge of second-degree patronizing a prostitute. He was arrested on July 10 for an incident that took place on May 11 in Saratoga Springs.
George B. Clark, 49, homeless, was sentenced to one to three years in state prison after pleading guilty to a charge of failure to report an address change within 10 days. He was arrested on May 15 for an incident that occurred on March 4 in Greenfield.
Stephen J. Budesa, Jr., 51, of 6 S. Lake Ave., Albany, pleaded to a charge of fourth degree-grand larceny after being arrested on Sept. 7 in Ballston Spa. He will return to court for sentencing on Jan. 8.
Walter F. Bonneau, 52, of 79 First St., Albany, pleaded guilty to a charge of failure to report a change of address within 10 days. He was arrested on Aug. 20 for an incident that occurred on Aug. 13 in Milton. He will return to court for sentencing on Jan 14.
Charles R. Werner, IV, 21, of 158 Main St., South Glens Falls, was resentenced to one to three years in state prison after an original sentence of five years probation. He was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary.
