Justin H. Connors, 27, no address listed, was arrested on Jan. 3 and charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Route 9 in Clifton Park.

He was processed and released to a third party. He will appear at Clifton Park Town Court at a later date to answer to the charge.

Kimberly L. Attanasio, 39, of 6004 Queen Mary Ct., Schenectady, was arrested on Jan 6 and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment following an investigation by police. She allegedly made threats to a third party via telephone. She will appear at Halfmoon Town Court on Jan. 19 to answer to the charge.

Sara R. Eggleston, 20, of 32 Ferry St., Hudson Falls, was arrested on a warrant on Jan. 5 and charged with trespassing and second-degree harassment for an incident that occurred on Dec. 21 in Northumberland when she allegedly struck a third party and refused to leave the property. She will appear at the Town of Northumberland Court on Jan 13 to answer to the charges.

John C. Schmid, 34, of 85 Needle Park Circle, Apt. 3, Queensbury, was arrested and charged with third-degree attempted assault after he allegedly punched another person at Encore Paper in the Town of Moreau. He will appear at Town of Moreau Court on Jan. 21.

James M. Veino, 34, of 25 Luella Rd., Latham, was arrested on Jan. 1 and charged with felony driving while intoxicated, disobeying a traffic device and open container on Plank Road in Clifton Park. He was processed and released to a third party and will appear at Clifton Park Town Court on Jan. 22 to answer to the charges.

Noelle T. Hoffman, 18, of 1037 East River Rd., Lake Luzerne, was arrested on a warrant on Jan. 2 and charged with petit larceny and false impersonation. She will appear at Wilton Town Court at a later date to answer to the charges.

Stephen H. Pike, 34, of 299 Hyspot Rd., Lot 6B, Greenfield, was arrested on a warrant on Jan. 2 for failure to comply with conditions of a prior sentence. He will appear at Greenfield Town Court at a later date to answer to the charges.

Brian P. Huebner of 1C Scottish Glen St., Ballston Lake, was arrested on Dec. 29, and charged with fourth degree criminal mischief following a report of a domestic incident on Huntridge Dr. in the Town of Clifton Park. He will appear at Clifton Park Town Court at a later date to answer to the charges.

Thomas R. Tilley, Jr., 31, of Reynolds Rd., Moreau, was arrested on Dec. 30 and charged with being a fugitive from justice, a felony, after police learned that there were two active warrants for his arrest from Brevard County, Fl. He was remanded to Saratoga County Jail without bail pending extradition. He will appear at Moreau Town Court on Jan 22.

Kimberly M. Reed, 24, of 956 New Louden Rd., Latham, was arrested on Dec. 28 and charged with petit larceny. She allegedly stole $484.67 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart in Halfmoon. She will appear at Halfmoon Town Court at a later date to answer to the charge.

Joseph M. Dowen, 30, of 245 Paisley Rd., Apt. C, Ballston Spa, was arrested on Dec. 30 and charged with assault and endangering the welfare of a child after Saratoga County Sheriffs Office was contacted by child protective services when a four-year-old child was brought to a hospital for suspicious injuries. Following an investigation, Dowen was arrested for causing injury to the child whose mother is his live-in girlfriend. He will appear at Milton Town Court at a later date.

Jason C. Voland, 26, of 173 Pyramid Pines Mobile Home Park, Wilton, was arrested on Dec. 29 and charged with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child following a domestic incident when he allegedly struck his girlfriend causing an injury which impaired her condition to care for her child. Voland was remanded to Saratoga County Jail for lack of bail and will appear at Wilton Town Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
Thomas W. Rankin, 26, of 160 Guideboard Rd., Waterford, was arrested and charged with reckless driving, failure to use designated lane, driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 percent following a complaint of an erratic driver on Grooms Road in Halfmoon. He was remanded to Saratoga County Jail in lieu of bail and will appear at Halfmoon Town Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
