Robert LaFranca, 24, of 6 Lanie Dr., Greenfield Center, was arrested and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and two counts of driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on High Rock Avenue. He will appear at Saratoga Springs City Court at a later date to answer to the charge. 

Ronald W. Frasier, 21, of 9 Cedarcrest Dr., Saratoga Springs was arrested and charged with three counts of driving while intoxicated after being stopped on Spring Street for failure to keep right. He was released and will return to Saratoga Springs City Court at a later date to answer to the charges.

Rocco Rocca, 37, of 153 Fabian Dr. Schenectady, was arrested and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on Broadway for failure to obey a traffic sign and failure to keep right. He will appear at Saratoga Springs City Court to answer to the charges.

Rosemarie Odell, 46, of 350 Middle Grove Rd., Middle Grove, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct following and incident on Caroline Street. She will appear at Saratoga Springs City Court at a later date to answer to the charges.

 Madelyn A. Miller, 28, of 101 Oakbrook Commons, Clifton Park, was arrested and charged with three counts of driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on Spring Street in Saratoga Springs. She was pulled over for failure to keep right. She will appear at Saratoga Springs City Court at a later date. 

James N. Mittler, 37, of 47 Benedict St., Saratoga Springs, was arrested and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on Congress Street. He was pulled over for failure to signal a turn and will appear at Saratoga Springs City Court at a later date. 

Paula M. Strakos, 47, and George E. McHugh, 43, both of 184 Church St., Saratoga Springs, were both arrested at their residence after a drug-related incident. Strakos was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance for possessing cocaine and McHugh was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, also for cocaine. They will appear at Saratoga Springs City Court at a later date to answer to the charges.

Stephen A. Farina, III, 31, of 1242 Viewmont Dr., Niskayuna, was sentenced to two months of weekends in Saratoga County Jail and five years probation after he pleaded guilty to a charge of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested on Aug. 11, 2007 in Saratoga Springs.

Patrick P. Nadeau, 45, of 906 County Route 77, Greenwich, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. He was arrested on July 31 and will return to court for sentencing on March 5. 

Robert D. Meseck, 42, of 89 Bath St., Ballston Spa, was sentenced to one and a half to three years in state prison after pleading guilty to a charge of third-degree criminal mischief. He was arrested on May 7 for an incident that occurred on April 25. 

Kenneth R. Derush, 45, of 17 Pierce St., Albany, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. He will return to court for sentencing on March 5. 

Christopher M. Willi, 49, of 3293 Galway Rd., Ballston Spa, pleaded guilty to a charge of third-degree rape after being arrested on June 24, 2008 for an incident that occurred on Sept 15, 2007. He will return to court on March 2 for sentencing. 

William J. Clark, Jr., 45, an inmate at Wende Correctional Facility in Alden, NY, was sentenced to one and a half to three years in state prison after pleading guilty to first degree criminal contempt. He was arrested on Aug. 30 for an incident that occurred on March 23, 2007.

Thomas R. McCall, 20, of131 Homestead Rd. Saratoga Springs, pleaded guilty to a charge of third-degree criminal possession of marijuana. He was arrested on Aug. 17 in Saratoga Springs and will return to court for sentencing on March 6.

Stephen J. Norton, 29, of 315 Frank St., Schenectady, pleaded guilty to a charge of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after being arrested on July 20. He will return to court on March 6 for sentencing.
