Paul G. Reckner, Sr., 74, of 21 Biette Rd., Clifton Park, pleaded guilty to a charge of first-degree rape, a class- B felony. He was arrested on Dec. 7 in Clifton Park. He will return to court for sentencing on May 7.
Christopher H. Deming, Jr., 25, of 62 White St., Apt. 3, Cohoes,
pleaded guilty to a charge of second-degree attempted assault. He was
arrested on Dec. 7 in Halfmoon. He will return to court for sentencing
on May 7.
Anthony J. Morey, 18, of 11 Kristen Ave. Saratoga Springs, pleaded guilty to a charge of third-degree robbery after being arrested on Oct. 30 for an incident that occurred on Oct. 26 in Milton. He will return to court for sentencing on April 2.
Vincent J. Barrant, 37, of 179 Ridge St., Apt. 2, Glens Falls, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs after being arrested on Sept. 7 in Wilton. He will return to court for sentencing on April 2.
Charles Reome, 26, of 447 Maple Ave., Saratoga Springs, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs after being arrested on Nov. 1. He will return to court for sentencing on March 6.
Ulysses F. McClary, 40, of 307 London Square Dr., Clifton Park, pleaded guilty to a charge of first-degree criminal sexual act, a class-C felony, after being arrested on Jan. 26, 2008 for an incident that occurred on Jan. 25, 2008 in Clifton Park. He will return to court for sentencing on March 19.
James J. Cooney, III, 36, of 45 Pine Lane, Stillwater, was sentenced to six months in Saratoga County Jail and five years probation after he pleaded guilty to a charge of first-degree criminal contempt. He was arrested on May 15 in Stillwater.
Larry L. Allen of 477 Angel Rd., Corinth, pleaded guilty to multiple offences including: first-degree sexual abuse for which he was sentenced to six months in Saratoga County Jail and 10 years probation, second-degree sexual abuse for which he was sentenced to 6 months in Saratoga County Jail and third-degree sexual abuse for which he will serve three months in Saratoga County Jail. These sentenced will run concurrently. Allen was arrested on Dec. 20, 2007 for multiple crimes that took place from August 2003 through November 2007 in Corinth.
Justin J. Sherman, 24 of Hideaway Motel, Rt. 9, Wilton, was sentenced to six months in Saratoga County Jail and 10 years probation after pleading guilty to a charge of third-degree rape. He was arrested on June 18 for incidents that occurred from Feb. 1 through June 18 in Saratoga Springs.
Sheldon J. Leveille, 40, of 31 Andrew Court, Clifton Park, was sentenced to six months in Saratoga County Jail and 10 years probation after pleading guilty to a charge of first-degree sexual abuse. He was arrested on Aug. 28 in Halfmoon.
Michelle L. Callahan, 38, of 2953 River Rd., Schaghticoke, was sentenced to 30 days in Saratoga County Jail and five years probation after pleading guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. She was arrested on Nov. 30, 2007 in Malta.
Juan E. Alverez-Lopez, 30, of 506 First St., New Hyde Park, was sentenced to six months in Saratoga County Jail and five years probation after pleading guilty to fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested on July 13 in Saratoga Springs.
Brett R. McClellan, 21, homeless, was sentenced to three years in state prison and three years of post release supervision after pleading guilty to a charge of third-degree criminal sale of a firearm. He was arrested on May 19 in Saratoga Springs.
Mark H. Tyler, 44, of 411 Joseph St., Ballston Spa, was sentenced to 60 days in Saratoga County Jail after pleading guilty to a charge of failure to register an address change within 10 days of moving. He was arrested on July 15 for an incident that occurred on May 22.
