Walter F. Bonneau, 52, of 79 1st St., Albany, was sentenced to 60 days in Saratoga County Jail after he pleaded guilty to a charge of failure to report an address change within 10 days, a class-E felony.

Michael C. Marrano, 33, of 3901 Lewis Rd., Ballston Spa, was sentenced to six months in Saratoga County Jail and 10 years probation after he pleaded guilty to a charge of first-degree sexual abuse. He was arrested on July 31 in Milton.

John C. Shores, 23, of 250 Main St., Corinth, was sentenced to 60 days in Saratoga County Jail and 10 years probation after he pleaded guilty to a charge of third-degree rape. He was arrested on July 2 in Corinth.

Michael D. Compton, 46, of 443 Englehart Rd., Ballston Spa, was sentenced to five years probation after he pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was arrested on Oct. 21 in Saratoga Springs.

Joseph K. Barton, 21, of 68 Gates Ave., Victory Mills, was sentenced to one year in Saratoga County Jail after he pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was arrested on April 22 in Saratoga.

Alejandro Jimenez, 25, of 100 Peck Lane, Schuylerville, was sentenced to one year in Saratoga County Jail after he pleaded guilty to a charge of third-degree rape, a class-E felony. He was arrested on March 18, 2008 in Northumberland.

Carson W. Lyons, 24, homeless, was sentenced to time served after he pleaded guilty to a charge of failure to report an address change within 10 days. He was arrested on Dec. 9 in Saratoga Springs.

Donald T. McCoy, 55, of 39 Oak St., Saratoga Springs, was sentenced to five years probation after pleading guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was arrested on Oct. 15 in Saratoga Springs.

Jomali I. Morales, 41, of 15 Washington Ave., 1st Floor, Scotia, was sentenced to five years probation after he pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. He was arrested on Oct. 3 in Saratoga Springs.

Jonathan Antolowitz, 29, of 1 Valley View Ct., Ballston Lake, was sentenced to one to three years in state prison after he pleaded guilty to a charge of first-degree vehicular assault. He was arrested on Feb. 2, 2008 in Halfmoon.

Esu McFadden, 21, of 815 North Broadway, Saratoga Springs, was sentenced to two years in state prison and one year of post release supervision after he pleaded guilty to a charge of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. He was arrested on March 24, 2008 in Saratoga Springs.

Marciss A. Sousie, 20, of 715 Fifth Ave., Troy, was sentenced to one year in Saratoga County Jail after he pleaded guilty to a charge of second-degree attempted assault. He was arrested on May 2 in Halfmoon.

Kyle Wedderspoon, 24, of 391 Middleline Rd., Ballston Spa, was sentenced to six months in Saratoga County Jail and 10 years probation after he pleaded guilty to the charges of second-degree rape and second-degree criminal sexual act. He was arrested on May 23 in Saratoga Springs.

Stephen J. Budesa, Jr., 51, of 6 S. Lake Ave., Albany, was sentenced to eight months in Saratoga County Jail after he pleaded guilty to a charge of fourth-degree grand larceny. He was arrested on Sept. 7 in Ballston Spa.

Michelle R. Caron, 44, of 58 Kaydeross Ave., Saratoga Springs, was sentenced to five years probation after she pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. She was arrested on June 22 in Saratoga Springs.

Gary Felano, 52, 599 Clifton Park Center Rd., Clifton Park, was sentenced to two years in state prison and post release supervision after he pleaded guilty to a charge of fifth-degree attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested in May 16 in Clifton Park.

Bilye-Jo Gilligan, 34, of 7 Mission St., Glens Falls, was sentenced to two to four years in state prison after pleading guilty to a charge of third-degree grand larceny. She was arrested in Saratoga County.

Samantha A. Smith, 20, of 11 Lakeside Ave., Mechanicville, pleaded guilty to a charge of second-degree criminal sexual act. She was arrested on May 22, 2008 in Malta. She will return to court for sentencing on May 21.

Patrick M. Subcliff, 36, of 76 East Side Dr., Ballston Spa, pleaded guilty to a charge of felony driving while intoxicated after he was arrested on Dec. 19. He will return to court for sentencing on May 18.

Megan L. Williams, 26, of 218 Lake Desolation Rd., Middle Grove, pleaded guilty to a charge of felony driving while intoxicated after she was arrested on Feb. 8. She will return to court for sentencing on May 18.

Robert A. Noxon, 34, of 1850 State St., Schenectady, pleaded guilty to a charge of failure to report an address change within 10 days, a class-D felony. He was arrested on Nov. 5 in the Town of Saratoga.

 David J. Izzi, 38, of 872 A Rt. 146, Clifton Park, pleaded guilty to a charge of fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. He was arrested on August 27 in Clifton Park. He will return to court for sentencing on Sept. 18.
