Since childhood, Allen Caruso knew that he wanted to own his own business. After graduating from Adirondack Community College he did just that.
Caruso opened Saratoga Concierge in 2008 to cater to every need of
individual local clients, corporate executives who are in town on
business and those visiting the race track.
This past month, Caruso partnered with The Lofts at 18 Division Street, a local, upscale condominium community, to provide residents with on-site concierge service, making The Lofts Saratoga's only luxury community with 24-hour concierge services.
"Much like a concierge at a fine hotel, Saratoga Concierge can take care of any need that a client comes across. With proper notice, I can get clients anything they could possibly need. If a customer needs tickets for their children to see Coldplay at Saratoga Performing Arts Center, I have the connections to get it done," Caruso said.
Caruso's mission is to give the client back his or her valuable time.
"I feel that having the time to enjoy the fine things while creating a balance of family, friends, work and travel requires a certain level of personal service. Living well is defined more than being surrounded by fine things. We cater to clients who truly understand the value of their time," he said.
Saratoga Concierge caters to not only the residents of The Lofts but also the commercial occupants including Bonacio Construction, Chianti Ristorante, Sterling Manor Financial and Rita M. Young & Associates.
"Our ideal blend of services come together to ease our clients' schedules and accompany them throughout the day; from a simple wake-up call to their favorite bottle of wine awaiting their arrival at the end of the day," Caruso said in a statement.
Saratoga Concierge has also opened Saratoga City Sprinters, an errand service. This service was created because Caruso knows that busy people seem to find they have less time to spend enjoying life with family and friends. This service is especially beneficial for the elderly, the ill and anyone who could use an extra pair of hands or a few extra hours, Caruso said.
"You can be at two places at once with a little help from City Sprinters," he added.
Beginning May 1, Saratoga Concierge will work in conjunction with SPA Cleaners to provide express services including dry cleaning, laundry, alterations and repairs, suede and leather cleaning and shoe repair.
Other services that Saratoga Concierge can provide include but are not limited to: pet care, grocery delivery, valet services, meal preparation, dinner reservations, travel accommodations and planning, tickets, special event planning and customized tours of Saratoga Springs.
