Amanda Morris, 24, of Stillwater was arrested on Apr. 11 and charged with operating a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor; after a mobile plate reader scanned her license plate on Hudson Avenue, Stillwater. She was processed and released on her own recognizance. She will appear at Stillwater Town Court at a later date.
Keith Strang, 25, of Stillwater was arrested on Apr. 9 and charged with giving a false
written statement to police following an investigation in which Strang stated that he
witnessed a crime which did not in fact occur. He was processed and released. He will appear at Stillwater Town Court at a later date.
Jesse Blackwood, 49, of Schuylerville was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle on a suspended license after a mobile plate reader scanned his license plate on Route 4 in Stillwater. He was processed and released. He will appear at Stillwater Town Court at a later date to answer to the charge.
Theodore Teriele, 48, of Glens Falls was arrested and charged with criminal possession of
marijuana after he attempted to enter Stillwater Town Court with over an ounce of marijuana
hidden under his sweatshirt. The marijuana was located after Teriele set off the magnetometer by having a metal object in his possession. He was arraigned and sent to Saratoga County Jail in lieu of $250 bail. He will return to Stillwater Town Court at a later date to answer to the charge. Derrick M. Buch, 30, of 105 Platt St., Glens Falls, was sentenced to six months in Saratoga County Jail after he pleaded guilty to failure to register as a sex offender. He was arrested for this charge on April 15, 2008 for an incident that occurred on April 9, 2008 in the Town of Moreau.
Timothy J. Lawrence, 45, of 6 Astoria Ave., Glens Falls, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, a class-D felony. He was arrested on March 29 in the Town of Moreau. He will return to court for sentencing on June 11.
Roselee M. Young, 48, of Round Lake pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a class-E felony. She was arrested on Oct. 17 in the Town of Malta. She will return to court for sentencing on June 8.
David Graham, 19, of 1095 University A, Bronx, NY, pleaded guilty to a charge of third-degree attempted sale of a controlled substance, class-C felony after being arrested on March 24 for an incident that occurred on Dec. 2 in the Town of Wilton. He will return to court for sentencing on June 8.
Susan C. Lawlor, 52, of 12 School St., Bellows Falls, VT, was sentenced to six months in Saratoga County Jail and five years probation after she pleaded guilty to the following charges: Aggravated vehicular assault, a class-C felony, second-degree vehicular assault, a class-E felony and leaving the scene of a serious physical injury accident, a class-E felony. She was arrested on May 30, 2008 in Northumberland.
April M. Allen, 24, of Lot 85, Rock City Rd., Milton, was arrested and charged with third-degree assault following an incident on April 2. She will appear in court on April 21 to answer to the charges.
Theresa Pigeon, 19, of 32 A Platt St., Glens Falls, was arrested and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment following an incident that occurred on March 29 in Hadley. She will appear in Hadley Town Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
Autumn N. Volk, 22, of Lot98, Pyramid Pines Mobile Home Park on April 2 and charged with petit larceny after she allegedly stole money from a cash register at Key Jewelers in Wilton Mall where she was employed. She will appear in Wilton Town Court at a later date to answer to the charge.
Samantha Field, 18, was arrested and charged with second-degree harassment following an incident that took place on April 8 in the Town of Corinth. She will appear at the Town of Corinth Court on May 12 to answer to the charge.
Adam M. Holtby, 34, of 2 Carpenter Lane, Schaghticoke, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs after being arrested on Nov. 27 in Waterford. He will return to court for sentencing on June 9.
Charles Slater, Jr., 47, of 11 Grace St., Colonie, was resentenced to one year in his local jail and probation terminated. His original sentence was six months in Saratoga County Jail and five years probation. He was convicted of felony driving while intoxicated and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on April 24, 2006.
Robert A. Borowski, 58, of Lot 21 Royal Rino Trailer Park, Greenfield Center, was arrested on April 13 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police found him to be in possession of 30 hydrocodone tablets for which he was not prescribed. He will appear in Greenfield Center at a later date to answer to the charge.
