Kristina Wheeler, 22, of Mechanicville was arrested and charged with falsely reporting an incident following a month-long investigation by the Stillwater Police Station. She reported that in March her estranged husband abandoned their 5-month-old child on the front porch in freezing weather before fleeing. Wheeler alleged that she found the baby after a period of time. Her complaint led to the arrested of her husband on child endangerment charges. After an investigation police revealed that Wheeler fabricated the allegation out of anger toward her estranged husband. She was arraigned in Stillwater Town Court and transported to Saratoga County Jail in lieu of bail.
Alexander Morgan, 22 of Stillwater was arrested and charged with
operating a motor vehicle on a suspended registration following a
mobile plate reader alert on Lake Road in Stillwater. He was processed
and released and will appear in Stillwater Town Court at a later date.
Georgia Gallas, 69, of Stillwater was arrested and charged with violating the town's open burn law. She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear at Stillwater Town Court at a later date.
Joseph M. Slingerland, 26, of 21 Harrison Ave., South Glens Falls, was sentenced to time served and released after he pleaded guilty to a charge of failure to report an address change within ten days. He was arrested on Jan. 8 in Moreau.
Robert S. Gordon, 32, of 42 Margaret Drive, Queensbury, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated after he was arrested on Dec. 21 in the Town of Ballston. He will return to court for sentencing on June 12.
Christopher Dill, 38, of 14 Lonesome Pine Trail, Gansevoort, pleaded guilty to a charge of felony driving while intoxicated after he was arrested on Dec. 1 in the Town of Milton. He will return to court for sentencing on July 6.
Paul A. Beaudry, 49, of 510 Croll Rd., Valley Falls, pleaded guilty to a charge of fifth-degree attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance after he was arrested on August 31. He will return to court for sentencing on June 26.
Edward G. MacDuff, 48, of 46 White Birch Estates, Fort Edward, was arrested and charged with failure to report a change of address within 10 days on March 11 in Wilton. He will return to court to answer to the charge at a later date.
Robert L. Scoville, 49, of 586 Eddy Rd., Apt. A, Hadley, pleaded guilty to a charge of failure to report a change of address within 10 days after he was arrested on March 6. He will return to court for sentencing on June 11.
Eric Harrynarine, 18, of 1425 Albany St., Schenectady, pleaded guilty to a charge of third-degree robbery, a class D felony after he was arrested on Sept. 18 in the Town of Ballston. He will return to court for sentencing on June 11.
John P. Wheeler, 22, of 44 Wall St., Hudson Falls, pleaded guilty to a charge of third-degree burglary, a class D felony, after he was arrested on Oct. 19 in the Town of Moreau.
Scott C. Bryant, 32, of 15 Division St., Ballston Spa, pleaded guilty to a charge of felony driving while intoxicated after he was arrested on July 26 in Ballston Spa. He will return to court for sentencing on Aug. 11.
Jacqueline M. Colby, 51, of 44 Franklin St., Saratoga Springs, was sentenced to one to four years in state prison after being convicted of felony driving while intoxicated. He was arrested on March 20, 2006.
George D. O'Neil, 56, of Maryland was arrested and charged with improper use of a motor vehicle and driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on Route 50 in Saratoga Springs. O'Neil refused a breathalyzer field test and will answer to the charge in Saratoga Springs City Court on April 28.
Joseph P. Ruddy of 256 Greenfield Ave., Ballston Spa, was arrested and charged with speeding and driving while ability impaired with a blood alcohol content of less than .08 percent. He will return to Saratoga Springs City Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
Michael Shea, 25, of 512 Second St., Troy, was arrested and charged with failure to signal at a traffic light, failure to keep
right, driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated possessing a blood alcohol content of .17 and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He will return to Saratoga Springs City Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
Cendo Rahaman, 19, of 153 Malta Garden Apartments, Mechanicville, was arrested and charged with prostitution, a misdemeanor, after allegedly agreeing to have sex with a mentally handicapped woman for $100. He will appear in Malta Town Court at a later date to answer to the charge.
Shellee A. Taylor, 39, of 30 B Woodin Rd., Halfmoon, was arrested and charged with third-degree assault after she allegedly punched her daughter during a domestic dispute. She will appear at Halfmoon Town Court at a later date to answer to the charge.
Heather M. Bussiero, 22, of Mechanicville was arrested and charged with second-degree criminal contempt. She will appear at Halfmoon Town Court at a later date.
