Raymond Park, 34, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on April 26 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following a mobile plate reader alert on County Route 76. He was processed and released and will appear at Stillwater Town Court at a later date to answer to the charge.

 


Barbara Joyner, 38, of Schaghticoke was arrested on April 26 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following a mobile plate reader alert on Routes 4 and 32. She was processed and released and will appear at Stillwater Town Court at a later date.

Timothy Ramsey, 27, of Stillwater was arrested on April 26 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following a mobile plate reader alert on Routes 4 and 32. He was processed and released and will appear at Stillwater Town Court at a later date.

Vincent Ward, 23, of Cohoes was arrested on April 23 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop on Routes 4 and 32 in Stillwater for an equipment violation. His license was found to be suspended. He will appear at Stillwater Town Court at a later date to answer to the charge.

Anthony Valade, 33, of Saratoga Springs was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following a mobile plate reader on Route 9P. He was processed and released and will return to Stillwater Town Court at a later date to answer to the charge.

Michael Gallas, 44, of Stillwater was arrested and charged with violating the open burn law for the town. He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear at Stillwater Town Court to answer to the charge.

Casey Milsop, 21, of Saratoga Springs was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop on Route 9P for speeding. He was processed and released and will appear at Stillwater Town Court at a later date.

Richard B. Norton, 72, of 99 Spring St., Apt. 5, Saratoga Springs pleaded guilty to a charge of second-degree grand larceny, a class C felony after he was arrested on June 9 for the crime that took place from May 1, 2007 through May 1, 2008. He will return to court on June 22 for sentencing.

Cliford Eugene, 29, of 58 Milton Ave., Ballston Spa, was sentenced to five days in Saratoga County Jail, five years probation, ignition interlock and fines after he pleaded guilty to a charge of felony operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was arrested on Jan. 3 in Saratoga Springs.

Darrell Taylor, 52, of 14 C 4 Vanderbilt Terrace, Saratoga Springs, pleaded guilty to a charge of first-degree criminal contempt after being arrested on Nov. 20 in Saratoga Springs. He will return to court for sentencing on Aug. 5.

Richard J. Hlavac, 45, of 93 York Ave., Saratoga Springs, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a class-E felony after he was arrested on Jan. 5 in Malta. He will return to court for sentencing on June 24.

Keith J. Weber, 46, of  60 South Lake Rd., Saratoga Springs, was resentenced to time served and must take part in a road to recovery program after being previously sentenced to six months in Saratoga County Jail and five years probation. He was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, a class-E felony on May 21, 2007.

James M. Veino, 46, of 25 Luella Rd., Colonie, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, class-E felony, after being arrested on Jan. 1 in Clifton Park. He will return to court for sentencing on  June 25.

Michael D. Tereski, 22, of 93 Hudson Ave., Green Island, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a class-E felony, after being arrested on Feb. 21 in Clifton Park. He will return to court for sentencing on June 23.
