A sure sign summer has arrived is the arrival of the annual Saratoga County Fair. This year's event kick off on Tuesday, July 14. The following are highlights throughout the six-day event:

Amusements of America Midway Ride Promotion 2:00pm to midnight: $20 hand stamp for unlimited rides. Some rides may be delayed opening today. Make sure your favorite ride is operating before you purchase a hand stamp.

•    Reality Check & The Point presents IGX Interactive Game Experience, noon to 8:00 p.m., in Kingsbury Park
•    Antique Machinery Demonstra-tions in Grandstand Meadow
•    The Miracle of Animal Birth in the Townley AgriCenter
•    "The Chain Saw Chick" will carve several times during the day and sell the carving
•    Soap Making Demonstration by Deborah Burnett in Conservation Area
•    "Martin Rudolph," Immigrant Blacksmith, AKA Russ Lehr, 11:00am to 6:00pm, in Conservation Area
