The Cost of Doing Business

Picture downtown Saratoga Springs: A vibrant and active center that keeps the city running in a downturned economy. In a time when adding business and revenue is most important, both business owners and the city government are feeling strains.
The City's Public Safety building, set into the bottom of City Hall, is over 100 years old.
