When you step into Virgil's you are treating yourself to an in-town vacation.
You are not encouraged but mandated to leave the technology of cell phones and laptops in the 'off' position, and do something for yourself that you never seem to find time to do - relax. It's an oasis in the bustling city and an antidote to our hectic lives.
Presiding over this kingdom is our Princess Kathleen. Her loyal subjects enjoy her unique Joie de vivre: a combination of Glinda the good one, Grace Kelly and just enough Barbara Eden from her "Jeanie" days to keep things vampy and zany.

"I cook, clean and create. And I rock at putting lids on coffee cups. You might even say I'm an expert."
Do you have regular days/ hours?
"M-F 6:30 a.m. - 9 p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.; Sunday 7 a.m. - 6 p.m."
Any other jobs?
"I'm a fitness instructor at Malta Home and Fitness, and I own a bed & breakfast - the Appletree at 49 W. High St. in Ballston Spa."
So, no time for hobbies?
"Au contraire, for me its crossword puzzles, creating new business ventures, and cleaning."
Last Vacation:
"Boynton Beach, Florida at my sister's house."
A great date is...
"...dressing up for drinks and dinner - having flirty, sexy fun. Then walking home through town - slowly. Oh, with Jim, of course!"
A perfect day is...
"Unplanned. Lying in bed till late morning, watching "old" TV shows or movies, laughing, shopping, driving around, or just sitting on the porch."
Places in town I like to go to after work...
"My porch, Jim's porch or the Wine Bar."

"A Grey Goose martini with 1/4 teaspoon of sugar and fresh lime."

"I once had a customer ask one of my employees how we could allow children but not cell phones. Wow. That person needs some hugs!"

"I wear a tiara all day! What could possibly embarrass me?"
