Saratoga Springs - passed away Monday, Oct. 26, 2009 at Saratoga Hospital. He was 41.
Born November 4, 1967 in Minneapolis, MN, he is the son of Faye Fallon and the late Michael J. Fallon. Growing up in Saratoga Springs, he played in the Saratoga National Little League, Biddy Basketball and always enjoyed a pick-up game at the East Side Rec. Michael was a 1985 graduate of Saratoga Springs High School where he was a member of the basketball team. He also enjoyed the track in the summer, fantasy football and golf. As he grew older, Michael developed a love for cigars, second only to the Minnesota Vikings, never losing hope of seeing their first Super Bowl title.
In addition to his father, Michael is predeceased by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
Along with his mother Faye, survivors include two sisters, Traci (Aston Ellis) of Saratoga Springs and Kristine (Joe Zingaro) of Syracuse; two daughters, Brittany and Taylor Fallon of Ballston Spa; two nephews, Jelani and Ian; two nieces, Jynessa and Sydney; several aunts, uncles, cousins and a group of lifelong friends.
Relatives and friends gathered in his memory on Thursday, Oct. 29, 2009 at the William J. Burke & Sons/Bussing & Cunniff Funeral Homes of Saratoga Springs.
Funeral services will be held this morning, Friday, Oct. 30, 2009 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Clement's Church, 231 Lake Avenue in Saratoga Springs.
Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
