Gansevoort - Andrew Jacob Figueras of Second St. passed away Monday,
Nov. 9, 2009 at his home in his sleep from complications due to renal
failure.
Born October 31, 1977 in Brooklyn, NY, he is the son of Lawrence and Patricia (Taranowski) Figueras of Gansevoort. Andrew loved reading, music, and his cat "Bean." Andrew accepted the Lord Jesus Christ into his heart and was saved; therefore, he has a new body and is in Heaven. No more tears, no more pain, only happiness, smiles and joy. Praise be unto God.
In addition to his parents, Andrew is survived by his sisters, Christine P. Weiss and her husband James of Porter Corners, Michelle B. Figueras of Corinth; brothers Michael L. Figueras and his wife Patricia of Corinth and twin brother Joseph D. Figueras of Gansevoort. He is also survived by thirteen nieces and nephews, one nephew that is in the military overseas.
Relatives and friends gathered on Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009 at the William J. Burke & Sons/Bussing & Cunniff Funeral Homes of Saratoga Springs. Funeral services were conducted immediately following.
Burial was in St. Peter's Cemetery, West Avenue in Saratoga Springs.
