Gansevoort - Bernestine Anderson Wilson went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, Nov. 15, 2009. She was 59.
Born on June 13, 1950 in Mims, FL she was the 8th of 10 children of the late Russell and MaryLee Anderson. Bernestine's family was most precious to her heart. She also enjoyed helping people and savoring the great friendships she made. She was so very thankful for each day she had the ability to spread the Gospel.
In addition to her parents, Bernestine is predeceased by her sister, Johnny Marie McKinney.
Survivors include her husband, best friend and soul mate, Bobby Wilson; one daughter, Faith Willson-Barrow; two grandchildren, Naiyah and Brandon Wilson-Barrow; two brothers, Albert and Willy Lee Anderson; five sisters, Naomi, Eloise, Helen, Patricia and Thelma and numerous nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends gathered on Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009 at the William J. Burke & Sons/Bussing & Cunniff Funeral Homes in Saratoga Springs. Funeral services followed at the funeral home.
