Cambridge Hotel chef Rich Wilson will be using summer farm vegetables in his imaginative preparations at GardenWorks, and Seth Jacobs of Slack Hollow Farm will be presenting his farm story raising organic vegetables for almost 25 years (before they were in vogue!). You’ll learn about growing year-round, learn how to grow organic, and taste the results for yourself! It’s all happening at Gardenworks, Saturday, August 8 from 3pm – 5pm, Rte. 30, 5 miles from the traffic light in Salem. Come, taste, learn and explore!
