SARATOGA SPRINGS – OK – you have seen some pretty party pics, about 10 percent of what you will see soon. In the meantime, please consider the word “evergreen.”
Consider it for its most dominant, most defining characteristic: Its Permanence…
In the Spa State Park, the Evergreens appear to positively shrug off winter. Indeed, they laugh at it!
As did a capacity gathering (sold out strong in advance!) at the Hall of Springs on Saturday, March 9, for the Ninth Annual SPAC Winter Ball.
The Bottom Line: The SPAC Junior Committee made a statement tonight.
Pure and Simple: They want this institution to endure and to thrive. They want the programming; they want the educational outreach.
And, yes- they are willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen.
Including eating French Fries at 10 pm to get the job done. And with glee!
Photo Interlude: “I Love the Fries!”
Such dedication and enjoyment is what I have endeavored to capture. Enjoy the gallery.
GALLERY: AN EVERGREEN VISION
A visit to spac.org will show you countless examples of where the money raised this evening goes.
