Sorry about the lack of notice here readers, it just plunked down in the DPA inbox… but if you are free tonight, this “sounds” like a really cool thing…<\/em> For their National Public Radio show, The World According to Sound, which airs as part of \u201cAll Things Considered,\u201d producers Chris Hoff and Sam Harnett have gathered sounds from all over the world, from walking ants to windy bridges, and now they\u2019re sharing them at Skidmore. The duo will set up a ring of speakers, hand out blindfolds, and offer up an eclectic, immersive listening experience for attendees.
