About this event
A unique destination event based around culinary excellence and ethos, sustainable culinary practices, and cultural experiences, the festival will once again take place around the Spa State Park reflecting pool.
As a 501c3 non-profit organization, the festival is the largest fundraiser for Saratoga Performing Arts Center's educational programming. Tickets are on sale now.
The weekend’s signature event will celebrate the bounty of the region from the Hudson Valley to the Adirondacks with gourmet tastings, fine wines and local distillery and brewery tastings, a sculpture garden curated by The Hyde Collection, and musical performances curated by Caffè Lena.
The VIP Grand Tasting grants guests early access and features high-end wines and canapés prepared by two of Europe’s hottest chefs in an exclusive VIP Clubhouse tent.
